10 days post surgery and this is the best medical experience I’ve ever had. (4th surgery) Dr I and his staff are some of the most professional individuals I’ve ever interacted with. The customer service is amazing. If you call with questions or to reschedule appointments, the front desk is very, very helpful. I have not interacted with one person in the office, but has not been super knowledgeable of all things related to the surgery. If you call and need something, the doctor or a surgical assistant responds within hours. I had a mommy makeover and the patient care from calming my nerves before surgery to seeing me afterwards and working through all of my questions has been tremendous. I researched and stalked Dr I online for about two years before I bit the bullet and committed to the surgery. 10 days out and I can already see that my results are going to be incredible. Could not recommend them more.
